11:06 what is cold calling? People are all to willing to throw those two words around without knowing legally what a cold call is.

I have heard countless people moan about their phone operators "cold calling" you're their client it is not cold calling, people who Opt in (knowingly or unknowingly) the resultant call is not cold calling.

the texts are a little more clear cut however.
