I love this. Lawyers are too expensive. Things need to be settled more cheaply. I have just spent many hours preparing a bundle for a CMC hearing. It is the second time I have prepared front end loaded material for the court process. What I actually need is a Court who will impose discipline on the process and drive to a solution rather than wasting everyone's time, which is what the Courts actually now do. We need the judiciary to sort of the law, because we boys of the remove are too thick to do it. If we have to have Judges running the Courts I would prefer the TCC and the Commercial Court to be in charge. Those boys really can get to grips with the essentials.
