Well i'm sorry but, let us not ignore the fact of the corrupt practising going on and gone on by many SOLICITORS, as I have personally had the misfortune countless times to witness and help the hapless VICTIM deal with. And then there is the shady practices going on of some lawyers. Where such involvement and actions have lead to many people shelling out ridiculous amounts of money for a claim/case that should have cost them a fraction of the end costs, had their legal rep acted honourably from the get-go. This in my opinion has and experience has been a big part as to why the people in this and many other countries I dear to say, have decided to become a L.I.P and try and go it alone. All that is happening right now, as far as I am concerned, is that the Gov, CPR and MOJ no longer wish to share the spoils gained by stealing peoples hard earned money in the court/legal system (including the monies taken by means from that of the Tax-Payer, to support those people who can ill afford to fund their case), with Solicitors and Lawyers. And so they have come up with a cunning plan to wash the slate clean of all those middle-men/women, who in the past they were happy to share the spoils of their crime with. So to all you honest Lawyers/Sol's out there who are now suffering because of all this madness. Perhaps you ought to BLAME YOUR THIEVING COLLEAGUES!!!
