Funny how those that say more efficiency, less expense and more justice are the people who will never have to live and work by the rules that they create, don't suffer any reduction in their incomes, have made a living from the system that they now criticise and actually, if they ever did have to work with the financial limitations and procedures that they had created - they would be out of business tomorrow.
