this is a subject that goes round and round, and this 'reporter' keeps on banging on about it like a broken record. As far as I am aware, women make up the majority of law students and junior/middle ranking lawyers. They then go and have a family and prioritise the family - as any intelligent person would do. They only then want to go back to their career in a limited capacity. I do not understand why people dont understand that having a family and putting your children above you career is such a hard thing to understand. So can the reporter and everyone else get it through their skulls that children and family comes above career.
