Anonymous 11.06 am is right. I was well ticked off 40-ish years ago by Judge Lyall Wilkes at North Shields County Court when I tried the same thing and Hizzonner said 'Law is not a game of Snap'. Sent me packing with the judicial flea buzzing in my ear. Never tried it again in case he found out!
