It couldn't have been difficult if it was settled for three and a half grand.
It must have been worth more than three and a half grand if the costs incurred came out at £32,000 (nine times the amount of the settlement)
Why are so many solicitors whinging and whining about profits? Obviously they are not running their practise efficiently. Or could it be a certain firm of solicitors was trying to rip someone off?
