What I like is that in his own comments he allowed what he thought was reasonable, then ruled against himself in order to slash the costs because of proportionality. And there were costs it was reasonable for the claimant to incur but unreasonable to ask the defendant to pay them.

Huh?

It's about perfectly set up for yet another costs war.
