A spokesman for the MOJ said that offering staff Mars bars and giving them up to a whole hours training was part of the robust quality control and assurance system that was applied to making decisions which will affect people's jobs, futures and liberty.
Also that England and Wales have one of the most expensive Legal Aid systems in the World. I await the next press release!
