Given there are successful bidders as well as unsuccessful bidders challenging the process isn't it now time for all of us to unite and refuse to participate in TT. Let it return to what it was and market forces will sort it out. Its been a salutary lesson to criminal defence solicitors of how the Government can divide and rule us.
