Maybe now all those firms with too many mouths to feed will take efficiency measures rather than demanding that the market is rigged to suit them.
I also hope CLSA and LCCSA exclude BFG from their organisations.
There is no "need" for consolidation. The market is shrinking. The market will determine the real number of providers.
As for BFG I hope they implode or like rats trapped start to devour each other. The greed and arrogance of BFG as promoted by FMS is offensive.
What TLS should be doing is demanding that the Justice systems are put on an equal footing to Health and Education and instead of engaging with MoJ tell them that discussions will resume when all aspects of justice funding and provision are up for debate.
