I'm a claimant sol; re the post at 2.46 - I only want to be part of genuine cases otherwise it's just soul destroying but it's extremely difficult to determine whether a doctor is being a bit generous to avoid being blacklisted or whether that's what they genuinely believe. Maybe only medics who have an NHS practice and don't rely upon legal work for a big part of their income should be allowed to do reports as those experts wouldn't care whether favourable or not.
