I've come to seek advice about an accident I had. My cars a write-off and I have had to go to hospital as my neck and shoulders are really painful. Oh dear, come back in a year as at this stage, we can only claim for damage to your property and other incidental losses (which you will have to fund our fees from) and we do not know at this stage whether you will ultimately be able to claim injury damages as they might not be severe enough. Sorry about that.
