I've just written to my MP pointing out the obvious flaws in the proposals and the fact that the evidential base is shall we say, small and flawed.

We should be encouraging every employee and every employee in our suppliers to write to their MP pointing out that these proposals are at the very highest poorly thought out and will have catastrophic consequences for tens, if not hundreds of thousands of jobs..

There's very little fraud and the innocent will lose out, not only on their PSLA but also LOE as it won't be economic to claim say £600 and to claim £9500 of LOE, if there's a liability dispute and no LEI the successful claimant will probably pay £5k of that in a DBA!

If that's justice I'm a banana.

We should also be writing to every client saying next time you have a collision you won't be able to claim and advising that they should also write to their MP.

The time to act is now.

Do not wait for TLS, APIL, MASS, they can ride into the melee later, let us close with, engage and kill this ludicrous proposal (ans I say that as a dyed in the wool Tory b*574r*)
