Anon 08.45 no I wouldn't ! That's the point. I also find the comment about insurers not defending properly hilarious. Insurers pay travel anxiety? How about solicitors don't make frivolous claims for it? Medical reports are a joke, claimants have 50% restriction in their movements yet could still drive, go to work and lift heavy items? Give me a break. Sorry to say all solicitors are responsible for facilitating false, vexatious and exaggerated claims aided by judges who seem happy to take claimants at their word despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary
