I think there is a lot of truth in what Dominic says even if it is unpalatable for a lot of firms, my own included. The real bone of contention is the madness of saying that people who suffer minor injuries cannot claim at all. That is unconscionable. You could have a situation where someone has an STI in work which can be claimed and then his mate down the road has an RTA which can't be claimed for. Equally I could have an accident in Gretna which I can claim for and then have one in Carlisle which I can't.
