Arguing a bad and a lost point is futile. Too many so-called expert medical reports in which the gender of the minor claimant is wrong or "..........(s)he told me (s)he has no difficulty driving now....." appears - when the claimant is aged eight years. It had to end. Too many are routine and are not proper claims and, so often, there is no real injury whatsoever. It has become more and more blatant. Game up.
