Even the best talent suffers if post acquisition change management isn't handled properly. If LegalZoom invest in the right people and manage things in the right way, then they will have a good shot at making this work. I've chatted to my newly qualified son (and he is much better researched than I am) - he is certain that LegalZoom will bring about the biggest changes we've seen in our profession. Let us wait and see. In the meantime, I have a staff Christmas party to plan!
