I wonder what will be hit next after the government destroys the clinical negligence field. I mean, it's destroyed most of personal injury or will have done shortly, it's trying to destroy judicial review and crime and now seeks to destroy Clin Neg.

what will it turn to next? Commercial litigation? Fixed costs on any case worth less than £20 billion? A commercial litigation portal for all low value commercial litigation cases worth and 20 billion ? And a professor Fenn inspired cost matrix for the cases that fall out of the portal? That won't go down well with the city boys and girls.

May be Libel, perhaps the absurdly high costs in those cases will come under scrutiny.
