So anonymous official(s) makes a speculative indication and that's supposed help us plan for the future of our livelihoods? I have so many business model variants saved on my computer that I wouldn't even commit to renting a photocopier at the moment. Plan for the worst is all I can say, this government has a track record in making 'bolt from the blue' announcements and I doubt that they are about to change now.
