A couple of weeks ago had a van come into the back of my car in traffic - my car seems to have very little damage as I have a tow bar but the front of the van had a big hole and the plastic bumper pulled off.

Almost straight away I had a pain at the top of my back and after a couple of days it was getting worse so I went to my GP - she immediately told me that I needed Physio but that the NHS couldn't provide it so I had to make a claim on the other sides insurance for private physio - when I said I wasn't really looking to make a claim she told me in no uncertain terms that in her opinion I needed the physio and that the only way to get it was to have it privately.

How much money will the NHS be paying out if the right to claim for the injury and treatment is taken away - or is it going to just be that the victim is left to get on with it - for the record its is ruddy painful and if anyone tells me in future that whiplash doesn't exist then I can only wish it on them!!

This government has no idea - except how to boost their share values and dividends.
