Why stop at personal injury claims - why not just ban all claims for negligence or breach of contract at less than £5k. Think how much money the government will save on the court service. After all if someone shunts into the back of you that is just your misfortune and if you have to hire a car as otherwise you would not be able to get to work just bad luck. And if you are a manual worker and cannot work for a few weeks because someone has shunted you in the back, then ooopsadaisy but this government does not give a monkeys about you and it was probably your fault anyway in the first place. What a great day it is for tailgaters!! Someone tell me why this government wants to steal compensation from accident victims. Is there actually anyone out there asking the question whom anyone is going to listen to?
