One thing I was wondering....say by some miracle a lay person is able to take the claim to court and navigate all the deadlines and pitfalls of litigation, will that person have to fund the issue fee of up to £205 and medical (£216) and engineering (£100)+ disbursements, even if that person is on benefits and/or jobless?
Or simply unable to afford these costs if they don't have that kind of cash lying around...?

Right now solicitors fund this, are the motorists who will benefit from up to an amazing £50.00 reduction (possibly) have to pay for this themselves....?
