It would seem to me that someone needs to revisit the finances invested originally by Duke Street v size of debt recorded. Unless I'm mistaken, or Duke Street due diligence process is flawed, they bought into a viable opportunity on paper. I don't accept that Duke Street don't have some culpability as the speed of this firms demise with the view to securing some return will be largely of their doing.
