anon at 10.01-- my post went onto deal with the so called ''compensation culture''. It's a myth and a catchphrase that people with low intelligence buy into if its repeated enough.

To ban a person from being compensated for their pain and suffering when they are injured through no fault of their own is just plain wrong. It illustrates just how dangerously 'close' this government has become to its insurer donors. After all they effectively wrote the government's policy-- I assume you have read Aviva's ''road to reform''?
Wise up and see this for what it really is.
