I do agree - not necessarily with the last posters proposed solution but with the other sentiments expressed. I am a PI claimant solicitor and have been for more years than I care to remember - let's just say I remember the last time the PI small claims track limit went up!

One thing that good lawyers learn very early on is that there are always 2 sides to a story - and rejecting alternative points of view, however preposterous they may seem from your perspective, is dangerous and will only lead to bad outcomes for your client.
