Pretty much the norm for the new Solicitors 'profession, non? .. The Legal "Services" Act is a game changer after all.

They have enough of their own in their pocket surely, like most insurers who now run the Claims Handling (Law) Society?

Thats not a problem, there's always the compensation Fund that proper Solicitors pay for.
