There have been far too many false whiplash claims made against insurance companies, thus resulting in increased premiums for the innocent motorist . I applaud George Osborne's reform. The sooner these unscrupulous firms are driven out of business the better! Mr. Rogerson's self-serving article does nothing to advance the debate.
