here is a similar system in Eire and not only has the number of cases increased dramatically since the introduction of the same against a backdrop of flat / declining number of miles driven etc but all the safeguards against fraud & etc are removed.

But let's be honest, if we're really going to make the most of IT why not make 90% of patients use GPPortal, as long as they're unable to claim for clin neg it will save the NHS a fortune, come on Jeremy get with it man.
