I do not believe that 13% considered lawyers not to be value for money.It flies in the face of not only my firms CSQs but also those of all of the firms that I come across.I suggest that the Commitee visits some high street firms to see how they operate in practise and all the protections they provide to their clients before they make any recommendations.If regulations are relaxed or done away with clients will soon realise what they have lost and all the cowboy banks insurers and CMCs will make hay.Is anything being done to address their woeful client satisfation ratings?Do they really want us to act in the best interest of ouselves rather than the client because that is surely what will happen if they go down the route they suggest.
