Well let's put it this way. A client of mine recently sold his property with a local Estate Agent. Was quoted £10,500.00 plus VAT (in Berkshire) still rang around and every Agent gave the same price so basically he was felt compelled to go with it. I was haggled and my fee was £700.00 and I am quite sure somebody down the street would have done it for £650.00 or £600.00 and so on.

And we are being accused of lack of competition? Please.
