Funny how you see the odd Defendant swipe at Claimants on this board. Thing they don't see, as they're often too dense, is that it blatantly affects them too. Let's see the big Defendant firms come out and support the increase in the Small Claims limit. Come on you cowards pipe up and show us your true colours. No you can't can you - because despite what you say about making savings on claims you know that no claims = no defendant firms. #hypocrites
