the government is prepared to interfere with the commerciality of car insurance by banning certain claims and by denying injured victims the right to recover their legal fees thereby increasing insurer profits, but are not prepared to interfere with the commerciality of ensuring savings are passed on by way of lower premiums-how two faced.

According to confused.com, premiums rose by 13% in 2015, equivalent to £78 per policy, and that is in light of the significant savings made with the slashing of legal costs since LASPO-and we are expected to believe the insurers will pass on further savings-please don't insult me further!
