Hands up all those of you that want to go back to doing trips to the Land Registry when necessary rather than having the searches piped to your desk? Thought not. Some of you need to get over yourselves re: technology. There is no substitute for a switched on conveyancer - the real question is what % of non-switched on conveyancers can the system tolerate prior to the whole process being automated??
