How can any government have the outrageous arrogance to distinguish between a man injured say operating faulty machinery at work, allowing him to recover financially where, when suffering the same injuries, a man hit in a rear-end car accident would have no claim in the law of tort. (Unless of course the changes will still allow the suing of an uninsured defendant which in reality is often pointless.) Does this not contravene the Human Rights legislation at least??
