As a claimant lawyer I'm infuriated at the way some CMCs and a handful of firms around the Manchester and Liverpool area dragged the profession down and left it vulnerable to these illogical and immoral changes. Once you lose credibility you lose your strength but why should I, who's never bent the rules, or genuine clients, suffer? The insurance companies will pocket the money and the bad eggs in the PI market have already made their money which sits nice and safe somewhere else.

Bitter isn't even in the word for it.
