What is frustrating is that the insurers have saved hundreds of millions following the April 2013 changes and this seems to have ben overlooked by the government. Even allowing for historic cases to go through the system the insurers are coining it in. My own cashfow has dropped a good 20% since April 2013 despite working harder. If claimant's are feeling the pinch then you can guarantee the opposite is being felt on the Defendant insurance side of the fence.
