Actually it's not only memers of the public who are dissatisfied with the approach of the SRA. I's a Solicitor and complained about the language used to me by another Solicitor which I thought was gratuitously abusive. However the SRA said that it didn't pass the threshold justifying an investigation.It leaves me thinking that standards of everyday conduct don't matter any more in a profession where they ought to be as high as possible.
