Terrence, you do realise that insurers often consider a claim to be fraudulent for wholly spurious reasons don't you, you do realise that the Data Protection Act might bite on your proposals, you do realise that defendant's can now defend on the basis of fundamental dishonesty (i.e. claiming for a damaged ipad and ugg boots in a LVI) and strike out the whole claim?

If insurers are paying claims that they believe to be fraudulent then it is as a consequence of their own mismanagement.
