talking of insurers and fraud would all solicitors please warn clients (perhaps by a factsheet) that
a) the practice of insurers agreeing to cover risk and then AFTER TAKING THE PREMIUM AND COVERING THE RISK) later sending terms and conditions of the policy as is common practice such companies are adding terms after a contract so they are NOT part of the contract and to insist such terms apply is deliberately misleading
b) it would be wise to record all telephone conversations with insurers whether clients phone them or receive the call ( for security and training purposes)

We would be doing our clients a real service in exposing sharp practice

Any policies purporting to provide cover for personal injury should result in a refund if injuries which will not be covered were believed to have been covered at the inception of the policy - taking the insured persons money under false pretences springs to mind
