As a former service woman, I'd be very concerned to receive a letter before action from the likes of Leigh Day, particularly having retrained as a solicitor!

I didn't serve in Iraq or Afghanistan, but the training on both the Geneva Convention and Rules of Engagement were more than adequate during my service in the 90's.

It's a shame Leigh Day didn't literally have to ambulance chase in Basra or Helmand. I would have welcomed those odds.
