And who next should be protected from being 'hounded' by claimant lawyers? Our 'brave' civil servants, local government officers, doctors and nurses working in the NHS and, heaven forfend, politicians? Or why not go the whole hog and ban all personal injury claims? After all, it must be good for the morale of those injured just to pick themselves up, dust themselves down and start all over again!
