Hold the Phone Call me Dave, whether a case is spurious or not is a matter for the Judiciary not the Executive. It is completely wrong of you to comment. If it were a Tory MP or media Tory supporter such as Rebecca Wade or Andy Coulson under investigation you would not comment and leave the matter to the Courts. Any case in any area of English Law is a matter for the Judiciary.

The legal sector is now an industry as encouraged by the legal services act operating for profit just like in other industry presumably on a level playing field just as in the case of Osborne and Little the furnishings company.

When are we going to see restrictions on the marketing of fabric and furnishing companies, I demand it now!! The Soft Furnishings Act 2016. Any shareholder with an O in their name to pay their full holding to a quango with terms to encourage pro bono soft fabric start ups.

We don’t work for free and neither do you. In fact in legal aid we do and also get paid a pittance and no stability whatsoever. And whilst that comment of yours is loaded with allegations as to corrupt solicitors generally in a spin headline way, you neglect to mention amongst other things: the corruption of MPs stealing taxpayers monies, corrupt insurance companies selling billions of pounds worth of fraudulent PPI policies (nobody arrested?) and your own party trousering 4 million plus in contributions in recent times from said insurance companies.

So Dave before you start dismantling the rule of law with daily mail spin, lawyers are easy targets and hated until the might of the state or a corporation is on your case and you need one..
