Not sure this assist those that remain committed to a profession but; it is not unusual to find the newly enabled traders now openly regarding themselves as solicitors (ABSs) operating undisclosed agreements with their opponents to secure for themselves, incomes from their 'advising' (misadvising) and 'asserting' of matters to benefit their opponents. Both legal representations for consumer clients made to fit the terms and conditions of such commercial agreements. SRA has the evidence as does the MoJ, Portal - each say one of the others responsible for the regulation of such conduct. Just the way the process of conducting legal services has swiftly become?
