Mr Gove has an absolute dog of a job trying to unravel the destructive and devisive tenure of his predecessor Chris Grayling. It is abundantly clear he acknowledges previous errors but politically he cant just reverse them overnight. I think it will be a slow process but i am just starting to feel a little optimism for my criminal practitioner colleagues. As a pi lawyer I share your pain and I hope Mr Gove can see that George Osbournes proposals are as ludicrous as those implemented by Mr Grayling.
