Well, I think the court system should be viewed like the NHS and paid for by everybody, whether they use it or not. Fees to deter spurious or frivolous claims and to cover some small part of the admin. costs are fine, but DETERRENT fees that actually prevent people bringing legit. claims are an outrageous blot that may well infringe fundamental human rights.
