As a relatively junior serious injury solicitor with potentially 30 years of work ahead of me, it's very difficult not to feel somewhat defeated and disillusioned when you read Jackson's latest farcical pitch.

Without wishing to sound too dramatic, the power of the establishment and in particular the government, judiciary and media in pushing this agenda is almost too much to bear.

Rupert my boy, face up to the impacts of your ill thought out and misguided attempt at leaving a legacy behind...you ***** up. Apologise and enjoy your retirement. Those you consider unworthy of access to justice deserve it.
