I regret that the lady District Judge has suffered illness. However, whether her claim succeeds or not, what action did the MOJ take when told of miscarriages of justice and breaches of legal obligations. Did it contact parties who may have been affected by those matters. Which 'breaches of legal obligations' were reported and what action was taken to ensure that no such breaches occurred. By the time the lady complained she had been a District Judge for at least 5 years, so ought to have experience enough for her warnings to be taken seriously. I hope she has recovered
