Those here querying the miscarriages of justice point should read the Guardian interview. For example, the court administration was putting her under pressure to make interim care orders on the basis of emails from the LA when the rules require evidence of the consent of the parties. This was no doubt to save court time and therefore money. She rightly resisted and suffered for so doing. I wonder how many silent DJs didn't and don't resist these diktats and what does all this mean for British justice?
