The sanctions imposed by the SDT in comparison to say, accountants or Insolvency Practitioners, are frightening. But to their credit and having experienced it, thank god for the SDT and the very diligent way it considers cases, with fairness a central issue.

The SRA on the other hand, are utterly out of control, incompetent and frankly dangerous.

Yet again, however, even though this publication increasingly features matters where the SRA have been rightly castigated, we hear absolutely NOTHING from the Law Society about a review, concerns or anything else. They are pathetic.
